Overview PreFlight is an offline-first app. Your data stays on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information on external servers.

Data Stored on Your Device PreFlight stores the following data locally on your device using Apple's on-device storage:

• Pilot information (name, company name, pilot type)
• Drone profiles (name, type, serial number, FAA registration number, photos)
• Flight session logs (dates, times, locations, job names, mission details, checklist results, notes, site photos)
• Checklist templates you create or customize
• Maintenance logs and document expiration dates
• App preferences and settings

This data is never uploaded to any server. It exists solely on your device and in your device backups.

In-App Purchases PreFlight uses Apple's StoreKit framework to process the optional Pro upgrade. Purchase transactions are handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information.

Notifications If you enable reminders, PreFlight uses local notifications scheduled on your device. No push notification service or external server is involved.

Data Sharing PreFlight does not share your data with any third parties. The only time data leaves your device is when you explicitly choose to export a PDF report, CSV file, or text summary using the iOS share sheet. You control where that exported file goes.

No Analytics or Tracking PreFlight does not include any analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not collect usage data, crash reports, or device identifiers.

Data Deletion Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete it at any time by:

• Deleting individual drones, sessions, or templates within the app
• Deleting the app from your device, which removes all associated data

Children's Privacy PreFlight does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The app contains no user accounts, social features, or data collection mechanisms.

Changes to This Policy If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date.
