• What Data We Collect*

CineGrade does not collect personal data. Specifically:

• We do NOT access, upload, or transmit your videos or photos to any server
• We do NOT require account creation or login
• We do NOT use third-party analytics SDKs
• We do NOT track your usage behavior
• We do NOT use advertising or ad tracking
• On-Device Processing*

All video processing, color grading, filter application, and export operations happen 100% on your iPhone. Your content never leaves your device through our app.

• Photo Library Access*

CineGrade requests access to your Photo Library solely to:

1. Import videos you select for color grading

2. Save exported (graded) videos back to your Camera Roll

This access is controlled by iOS permissions and can be revoked at any time in Settings.

• Subscription Data*

If you subscribe to CineGrade Pro, Apple processes your payment through the App Store. We receive anonymized subscription status information (active/expired) from Apple's StoreKit framework to unlock Pro features. We do not receive or store your payment details, Apple ID, or billing information.

• Apple's Standard Analytics*

Apple may collect standard app analytics (crash reports, performance metrics) as part of its App Store services. This data is anonymized and aggregated by Apple. You can opt out of Apple's analytics in your iOS Settings under Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
